Terms & Conditions – portraits

    1. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to change the date of your booked session.
    2. Cancellations within 48 hours of a session will not be refunded.
    3. Portrait experiences are for a set time from the booked start time of the portrait session.  Late arrivals will not extend beyond the booked end time of the portrait session.
    4. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable or refundable.
    5. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date stated on the voucher and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    6. Gift vouchers must be handed in to Jane Allan Photography when you attend your portrait session.
    7. Unless a Payment Plan is agreed, full payment of products will be taken at the viewing stage with Jane Allan Photography when you select your products, unless previously arranged otherwise.
    8. No photographs may be taken by clients while at a Jane Allan Photography shoot.  This includes the use of mobile phone cameras.
    9. Any person taking part in one of Jane Allan Photography’s sessions who has any form of allergy must make this known before the start of the session.
    10. Each sitter must be aware that the session may involve flash photography.
    11. One viewing and ordering session is included with family or boudoir photo shoots.  Any additional ordering sessions may be subject to a £25 fee at the discretion of Jane Allan Photography.
    12. Jane Allan Photography will endeavour to store images for a reasonable period of time (up to 6 months), but will not store images indefinitely.
    13. Jane Allan Photography reserves the right to cancel a session and return any booking fees without reservation.
    14. Jane Allan Photography holds all intellectual rights to its photographs, any usage or copying without the express written permission of Jane Allan Photography will be in breach of the 1988 copyright law.
    15. Email receipt of your photo shoot confirmation, with link to these terms and conditions, deems these terms and conditions as read.
